Outer Banks Kitchen Remodel with Stand Alone Island Focal Point

We are excited to share one of our most recent kitchen remodels we did here on the Outer Banks, NC. The goals were clear and simple, update the kitchen and improve functionality.

Custom Shaker cabinets were painted custom colors to create a two-tone kitchen. With the island to be the focal point, cabinets were painted Sherwin Williams Network Grey and the countertop edge was mitered to create a thicker countertop for a more pronounced look. The herring bone pattern of the tile backsplash complimented the island color and created contrast against the white cabinets and Viatera Rococo countertops.

Materials used: Maple painted cabinetry, Shaker door style, Viatera Rococo Countertops, Top Knobs hardware, Mitered Edge island countertop, B&F New Yorker Tile

Looking left, natural light shines in from the sliding glass doors. This kitchen now has the space, modernization, and functionality to fit today’s needs. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen or maybe even makes some updates, please contact us today to meet with one of our designers.
