Mary Lou and I would like to express our appreciation for the fine work that was done by your firm on our kitchen remodel. We were greatly impressed by the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by each and every one of your employees that we dealt with along the way. We were always treated with courtesy and prompt attention to our queries no matter who we spoke with.
Since we dealt with Amie Crawford much of the time, we believe that she is a shining star in your organization. We are certain that without her expertise and attention to detail that we would not be as thrilled with the results that we are privileged to live with daily in our new kitchen.
David Locklear was also a wonderful person to work with. He has an excellent eye for detail and solved any and all problems that we encountered quickly and more than satisfactorily.
We also need to pay compliments to the craftsmen in the background who created the magnificent cabinetry. We couldn’t be more pleased! The upper and lower cabinets, drawer etc. are fantastic. Everyone who has seen our kitchen is blown away. Each person seems to pick a favorite feature and there are more than enough to go around. Mary Lou loves everything, but the backsplash is way up on her list of favorite things. I love the spice rack cabinet and the pot and pan drawers a lot, but I like the appliance garage even more. Now as I write this, I think that the most impressive item (right now) has to be the sink cabinet. I love that it jogs out and has little feet making it look more like a piece of furniture than cabinetry.
We were also more than pleased with the work of the sub contractors such as electric and plumbing. You surely have selected excellent craftsmen in these areas to work with.
We think that you are very fortunate to have such excellent employees representing your firm to potential customers. We would recommend your firm without reservation and are more than willing to share our experience from start to finish with any potential customers you may want to put us in touch with.
