We used Cozy when we built our house 5 years ago. My kitchen is totally custom and nothing was standard. When they had finished our cabinets, they were in their warehouse ready for loading the next a.m. There was a fire and Cozy lost their entire warehouse and inventory, including my cabinets. Cozy made arrangements to use someone else facility. They were able to reconstruct our cabinets in record time and get them to our house within 10 days, exactly like the originals.
