My wall oven died 10 days before Thanksgiving and the new one I purchased from another supplier was not quite the size same fit for the wall. Since Cozy had originally installed my cabinets and my old oven I called them to see if they could help. I cannot thank them enough for the exemplary customer service I received from beginning to end of my problem. As soon as I explained my dilemma their team went straight to work to get my cabinet altered and oven installed before Thanksgiving. The installers were careful, knowledgeable, and meticulous, and the new cabinet panel matches my cabinets perfectly. Cozy saved my Thanksgiving!

Cozy provided professionalism, service and quality for our cabinetry work. The design process was patient and thorough. They responded to changes/updates professionally. All the install crews were as nice as could be. The followed through on any/all punch list items. Very responsive. I definitely recommend Cozy when it comes to high-end cabinetry/kitchens in the OBX.

I had a new countertop and backsplash installed by Cozy Kitchens and found the customer service and end product to be 5 STAR . Every person I worked with from the front desk, designer, scheduler, counter company, backsplash installer to leadership in the company was amazing. Every person was professional, friendly , knowledgeable and eager to make sure I was happy and content with my choices and end results. I would highly recommend Cozy Kitchens.

Cozy designed and built the most beautiful custom cabinetry for our retail store front. We are constantly complemented on the display cases and cabinetry and many people ask us what the stone tops are that we used (Silestone quartz tops that look like honed marble) We get tons of compliments and we feel the case work is part of what makes our shop! Cozy has an experienced team who was on schedule with all of the delivery goals. We would happily use them again and suggest them to other builders or anyone renovating a space. Come by our shop to see their work in person! (Tried to post photos with this review but can’t figure how to do it...)
