We used Cozy Kitchens to remodel our beach house to a permanent residence between 2018-2019.
All aspects of service, design, materials and finish were excellent. Sarah Seto was exceptional in ideas, creativity, and follow up.
We had two issues with appliances that were factory defects. The first was remedied with the efforts by Cozy’s in house repair with Cozy Kitchens president, Nathan Neal’s efforts. The second was an appliance (refrigerator) manufacturer’s defect that took a while to resolve. We were not happy with the manufacturer’s responses and inconvenience it required. Nathan Neal supported us and allowed us use of a loaner refrigerator as back up while this was an issue. Nathan was responsive within 24 hours to all of our correspondence and played middle man between the manufacturer and us for a satisfactory resolution. We would recommend Nathan and his company to anyone.
